Our policy does not allow any kinds of returns, refunds or exchange as of now unless the product delivered is irreparably damaged.
It is the management’s call if they would entertain the buyer’s plea. To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged or not delivered in a suitable condition. If that’s the case, the buyer shall contact us immediately by emailing us on email@example.com describing all the defects and condition of the product with the photos of the same. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please e-mail us with the same.
Also, mention what what action would you like us to perform, i.e. return/refund or exchange. As soon as the buyer receives a reply in his/her favor, he/she must returned the product immediately in the original packaging. The cost of return has to be borne by the customer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
